DVD’s are usually shipped by 1st class post within 2 days of receipt of order, All other forms of media VHS Video and Cassette Tapes have to be made to order and can take a little longer.  We guarantee shipment time would not be longer than 28 days for these items but endeavour to ship in much less time.

 

We rarely experience any faulty products and it is our policy to exchange any item that does not meet performance standard.  Notification of any such occurrence  must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.  Notification by email, telephone or in writing.  We would aim to resolve any issues within three days of date of notification.

 

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority and we will do our best to meet any requirements.

 

Refund

If  for any reason you are dissatisfied with the product supplied we will make a full refund if notified within 7 days of delivery.

 

Payment

Payment is normally expected with order via our website, telephone or post.  Where an invoice is raised, payment becomes due on receipt of order and invoice.
