We guarantee to fulfil all orders within 28 days from receipt of order, however we usually ship the following day by first class post for DVD’s.

 

We rarely experience any faulty products and it is our policy to exchange any item that does not meet performance standard.  Notification of any such occurrence  must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.  Notification by email, telephone or in writing.  We would aim to resolve any issues within three days of date of notification.

 

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority and we will do our best to meet any requirements.

 

Payment is normally expected with order but where an invoice is raised, payment becomes due on receipt of order and invoice.
